I like to practice and teach a variety of meditation techniques and tools. You may find that you resonate with a different meditation technique to use in a different time, place and situation. 

When teaching and guiding meditation I use a variety of:

  • mindfullness 
  • breathwork
  • guided imagery
  • mantra 
  • energetic practices 

It is my belief that we are all capable of being great meditators by incorporating these practices into our daily lives. By sitting with yourself for even just a few minutes a day, you are achieving a more centered, grounded and mindful life. 

I have experience teaching and guiding meditation in corporate, one on one and small group settings. I love witnessing people connect to themselves through simple, yet profound techniques.
